Integrate the functions of automatic coin issuance, automatic transfer and postscript.
Only TRON is available because TRC transfer fees are low.
General principle:
Issue one coin yourself, such as ABC, and issue 100 million coins.
Then automatically transfers money to active TRC addresses, 500 transfers at a time.

Usage process:
1. First, register a domain name, which is related to the currency you want to issue. For example, if your currency is called ABC, register ABC.com
2. Issuing coins requires 1024trx per time, and you can only issue coins once at an address.
