[Status Switch] There is a sending error when hanging up, and the sending account status will be automatically turned off. When the status is off, the hanging up and sending task will not be performed. Mail template and inbox are supported.

[Task Limit] Support customization of the number of scheduled tasks sent each time to avoid long-term sending of 502 errors.
